Installment Agreement for Bella Luna Gatte Bengal Cats

‍ ‍

Bella Luna Gatte agrees to the following terms and conditions:

‍ ‍

  1. We agree to collect and hold funds in our bank account for the payment plan of a Bengal kitten.

  2. We agree to keep accurate accounting of payments with notes of how the payment was made, when it was made and what dollar amount is paid.

  3. We agree to have multiple payment options available to help accommodate the best payment method for our customers.

  4. We agree to custom, flexible dates, payments and timelines within reason for the convince of our customers. Payment plans will be determined on an individual basis depending on the customer’s needs and timeline.

  5. While we do offer flexibility, we do ask that all payments be made within a 12-month period or sooner depending on the availability of our current litters.

  6. Payments can be made before a kitten is born and chosen to help accrue the full payment price.

  7. We won’t require it, but we strongly suggest that the buyer consider pet insurance or other means of providing proper veterinary care for the kitten they bring home. We would like to know that the buyer has the means to provide veterinary care for the kitten should an illness, injury or emergency arise.

Buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

‍ ‍

  1. Buyer understands that a layaway/installment plan requires extra work for the seller. A non-refundable Service Fee of $50 will be collected with the first installment payment to cover the extra accounting and bank fees associated with making multiple payments to Bella Luna Gatte.

  2. Buyer understands that some payment forms have fees associated with them. Payments made through Venmo or Credit Card through our store will have an addition $50 service fee upfront to help cover the transaction fees that these platforms charge us.

  3. Buyer understands that they can make payments without a payment fee by using Zelle or Mailing a check. At this time these options do not have processing fees associated with using them. Another option to avoid processing fees would be to pay any final balance in Cash at pick up time.

  4. Buyer agrees to also do their due diligence with tracking the payments they make! Buy needs to also retain the information of what payments they made, when they made it and what dollar amount was paid.

  5. The Buyer will promptly notify Bella Luna Gatte every time they send a payment to verify receipt!

  6. The buyer understands that this agreement is for a payment plan only. Our Purchase Agreement must also be read and agreed to before we move forward with an installment plan.

  7. If the buyer sees a kitten that they would like to hold while payments are being made, they need to ensure they will be able to pay off the balance of the kitten in full before choosing to hold a kitten. As with any kitten we ask for a non-refundable deposit amount of $300 to hold the kitten of choice. The balance is then due by going home time. We will never rush the customer to make a choice. However, in fairness to others, we ask that our customers making installment payments to be sure they will be able to complete payments in full and on time before choosing to hold a kitten.

  8. Buyer understands that kittens are ready to go home by the time they are 12 weeks old. When requesting to reserve the kitten of choice the buyer understands that they need to have the funds available by the going home date of that litter. We will not extend the payment timeline beyond the going home date. In fairness to our other customers and the kitten itself, payments need to be made in full for the kitten of choice by the time the kitten is 12 weeks old. Inability to make the full payment by the time the kitten is 12 weeks old will forfeit the kitten. This is to ensure the kitten has a chance to settle into a new home and family while they are still young.

  9. Buyer understands the kitten of choice must be paid in full with all payments cleared before the kitten can go to their new home.

  10. To ensure the kitten of choice receives proper veterinary care in the event of an emergency or illness the buyer will look into and consider pet insurance options.
