Emma’s Litter

Emma’s kittens were born approximately July 4th, 2025, her kittens will be ready for new homes by September 12th, 2025!

Emma and her kittens came to us on July 24th, 2025. I had seen a post on Facebook a couple days prior looking for help with a stray cat and her kittens. I was in a position to help so I offered to come pick them up! The Mom (We named Emma) had been hanging out by a couple homes in East Brainerd since last fall. In July the homeowners in the area noticed she had kittens in a garage on one of the properties. They became concerned for the safety and well-being of the mom and kittens and looked for resources to help. I assisted in gathering the kittens and catching mom. I brought them to my house and set them up in nice, clean and quiet space. I bathed the kittens and removed ticks and placed them back with Emma. In spite of being outside all this time Emma has adapted amazingly well to our house and kids! She is very sweet and affectionate and a fantastic mom! Since being with us we got Emma into the vet to get her looked over and assess her health. She fortunately is clear of FIV/Felv & HW and is generally healthy! We got her first round of vaccinations and deworming done. She is scheduled for her second round of vaccinations when her kittens go in for their first exam and vaccinations on August 13th. On September 9th Emma and her kittens will receive another round of vaccination and be spayed and neutered! We’ll give them a few days to heal up here and then they will be ready for new homes by September 12th!

All 5 kittens are males! We have noticed that 3 out of 5 of the kittens are polydactyl - meaning they have an extra toe! It is quite a cute addition! They are growing great and have now started eating solid foods and using the litter box! They are being handled and played with all day everyday by our kids! They have also met our other cats and dogs and are doing great with them! This gives them a great start to transitioning well into their new homes! I will continue to update pictures and availability as they grow! If you would like to reserve on of these great kittens or Emma before they are ready for new homes let me know! The deposit amount is $100. We use Zelle, Venmo or Credit Card through our online store to accept payments! There is total price $250 each to help cover the cost of veterinary care including neuters. However, if you cannot afford that cost, but can genuinely offer a great home please let me know what you can afford! I am mostly concerned with finding great homes for these great kittens!

Thank you for your consideration of these sweet kittens and their mom!
